John W. Brucker Jr. is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker and Certified General Appraiser with over 40 years of residential and commercial real estate experience. John graduated from Rider University and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Insurance with a minor in Real Estate. He has been passionate about fulfilling the real estate needs of the community ever since and has sold over 1000 homes. John served as the former President of the Philadelphia Chapter for the American Society of Appraisers and was the 39th licensed appraiser in the State of Pennsylvania!   

Other professional designations include HUD Lender Selection Roster of Appraisers.
