For the second time, I worked with the Davidson Group. I was impressed the first time, when I worked with Doug a few years ago, so I had to call him back when I wanted to put my house for sale. I worked mainly with Doug, but Gay was available and involved as well. It was a pleasure to work with both of them. Highly professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They provided me with great suggestions on how to prepare my house for sale. They have a great photographer who took magnificent pictures of the house. There is also a writer available who described the house in wonderful details. Throughout the process, Doug kept me updated and provided feedback, explained the process and steps, answered my questions and provided guidance. All in a polite, professional and friendly manner. The Davidson Group were instrumental in helping us sell the remaining units at Biltmore Estates. They were hands on and helped us will every facet of preparing the properties for sale - from recommending site improvements, meeting with Township officials, attending homeowners association meetings, working with existing homeowners, market research. signage, promotional brochures, creative marketing including videos and drone photography, and knowledge of new construction were exceptional. They were diligent, patient, and persistent and once they put the the properties on the market for sale, due to all of their preparation and efforts, they sold within a remarkable 29 days.
